As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining reputed company customer relationships by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You'll work from home, using your computer and keyboard to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain reputed company customer relationships by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Work from home using your computer and keyboard to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone

Preferred Qualifications

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
