Work from Home Opportunity
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. With our remote work opportunity, you'll be reputed company to balance your work and personal life, while still delivering exceptional service to our guests. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must live reputed company 100 miles of Austin, TX.
Class Start Date and Training Schedule
Our next training class is scheduled to start on January 20, 2025, and will run for 5 weeks, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT. After completing your training, you'll be expected to work a reputed company of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming contacts from guests around the world, reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize reputed company
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
