Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing customer cases, performing research and analysis to reputed company recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
- Using customer case data, observations, and reporting to reputed company a reputed company understanding of the customer's reputed company and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conducting research and interpreting results, translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
- Providing insights to the leadership team on process or improvement strategies
- Working closely with the ECR leadership to reputed company and implement strategies based on recommendations
- Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, providing reputed company cause analysis, and making recommendations on improvements
- Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
* High School or GED
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and reputed company quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
- Proven reputed company level in reputed company, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
- Proven reputed company level in PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary reputed company of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, with a starting reputed company of pay that may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
