We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our reputed company Shift Support team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our InteleShare application. You'll work closely with our customers, using your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to resolve problems and reputed company their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are 12:00am - 8:00am ET, Thursday to Monday. This is a 3rd shift position, and you'll be working independently, using your technical expertise to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer support.

Employment Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills

• 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company reputed company operating systems for Servers and Workstations
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical ability
