As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, servicing customers, and acting as a rental backup in a large home reputed company reputed company or airport location. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting reputed company customers, primarily face-to-face, and supporting their reputed company and rental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls, reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and answers, providing information and reputed company for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• A valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

• Experience working late nights is preferred
