About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will reputed company inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language, help customers resolve basic technical issues, and maintain broad knowledge of reputed company products and/or services. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
