As a Customer Service Representative in our airport rental operations, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless rental and return processes. You'll work outdoors, interacting with customers in various locations, including airport lots, and will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with rental and return processes, including checking reputed company, processing rentals, and checking-in vehicles at return
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working with handheld devices to process transactions and manage customer information
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid reputed company's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or reputed company throughout rental lots and reputed company/exit vehicles for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications
