Senior Clinical Consultant, OR

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant, OR with a strong perioperative background to collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to implement and optimize an AI-powered smart hospital platform reputed company on operating room (OR) coordination. In this role, you'll translate reputed company-world OR and perioperative workflows into reputed company, technology-enabled solutions and help improve patient safety, operational efficiency, and clinician experience across the organization. You'll serve as a clinical reputed company between reputed company teams and product development, ensuring implementations are both clinically reputed company and operationally impactful. This role is remote, based in the reputed company with roughly 25% travel, and requires U.S. work authorization. What You’ll Do

• Partner with perioperative leaders, surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing teams; including Directors of Perioperative Services and hospital leadership, to assess, design, and optimize OR workflows using AI-enabled smart hospital capabilities
• Support implementation, configuration, and rollout of reputed company's platform for OR coordination and perioperative use cases across the entire continuum of care (reputed company-reputed company, intra-reputed company, post-reputed company, and PACU)
• Help improve workflows reputed company to scheduling, reputed company, case readiness, throughput, and perioperative handoffs
• Analyze clinical workflows, operational data, and end-user feedback to inform implementation reputed company and product enhancements
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, reputed company, sales, and data teams to translate clinical needs into reputed company functional and workflow requirements
• Support training, go-live activities, reputed company education, and post-implementation optimization to drive adoption, usability, and sustained value
• Navigate shifting priorities, reputed company across initiatives, and communicate reputed company, insights, risks, and recommendations reputed company to both clinical and technical stakeholders

What you have

• Registered reputed company (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an OR setting (as a scrub reputed company, circulating reputed company, OR coordinator, or similar perioperative role)
• Deep understanding of perioperative workflows, including the roles and responsibilities of scrub nurses, scrub techs, OR coordinators, and perioperative teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical workflows into reputed company, technology-supported processes
• Comfort working with multidisciplinary stakeholders including clinicians, operational leaders, and technical teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in executive-level discussions
• A thoughtful, organized approach to clinical implementation, workflow redesign, and change management
• Startup mentality: comfortable working in ambiguity, thriving in dynamic environments, and taking initiative without rigid structure
