Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a reputed company and compassionate manner

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
