Key Responsibilities:

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Processing customs shipments, including obtaining and verifying necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and tracing information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certification in customs brokerage or logistics, such as the Certified Customs Broker (CCB) or the Certified Logistics reputed company (CLP)
