We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our 24-hour/7-day-a-week call center facility. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from clients, categorizing calls, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a fully virtual opportunity with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided

- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills

Required Experience:
