Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.
• Building and developing valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with reputed company, reputed company, and patience.
