The Role
As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the reputed company of retail. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, providing technical and CX feedback to our development teams. You'll visit customer sites, reputed company new technology, collect customer feedback, and quantify the impacts of new technology. Your findings will be presented to development team leadership, helping us refine and improve our products.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* A 4-year science/engineering degree
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment

Preferred Qualifications
