What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Agent - English Speaker (Part-Time / reputed company Shift) at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers in the USA, providing on-demand support through phone, email, reputed company channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Offering first-line support to customers, resolving their queries quickly and effectively, and escalating issues reputed company necessary
• Keeping customer records updated with reasons for contact, solutions provided, and any other relevant information to support our customers and maintain service reputed company
• Fostering reputed company interactions in reputed company communications, making reputed company customers feel reputed company and supported

• Contract: Temporary (6 months)
• Salary: 9.743€ gross per year
• Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)
• Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based)
• 24 holiday days per year on a full-time reputed company
• Work Model: Hybrid working model
• Location: Barcelona, Spain
