Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Local reputed company reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing guidance and support to families throughout the matching process
• reputed company communicating program regulations, policies, and expectations to Host Families and Au Pairs
• Conducting in-home family interviews and site reputed company to ensure families comprehend program requirements for hosting an Au Pair
• Facilitating orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival
• Maintaining consistent communication through monthly phone calls and in-person meetings with families and Au Pairs
• Organizing and promoting cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs
• Collaborating with reputed company staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs
• Building and maintaining personal relationships with families and Au Pairs, ensuring high-reputed company communication
• Aiding in crisis and conflict situations with professionalism and expediency
• Assisting families and Au Pairs in conflict reputed company and issue management

Compensation and Benefits

Your remuneration is tiered based on the total number of families you reputed company support. The estimated annual compensation is as follows:

• For 3 reputed company families: Approximately 1.4 hours per week, totaling around $4,500 per year
• For 11 reputed company families: Approximately 3.0 hours per week, totaling around $9,300 per year

As an reputed company, you'll receive monthly payments for deliverables submitted from the previous month, with an reputed company equivalent of approximately $60, subject to fluctuations based on reputed company dynamics throughout the year.
