Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing patient enrollment and data entry tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
- Answering high-volume reputed company calls, working under reputed company supervision, and following established protocols and procedures
- Utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to collect patient and medication data
- Handling patient medication requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
- Resolving data entry-reputed company issues and special cases
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and keeping a reputed company license or certification
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
- Basic web search skills, including:

- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)

- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state license or certification by the State reputed company for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency

- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
