As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs documentation. You'll work closely with reputed company to transcribe customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and reputed company exceptional customer service to both reputed company stakeholders. This is a part-time, remote position that requires 15-20 hours of work per week, with reputed company between Monday and Friday, reputed company-5pm.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and reputed company data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• reputed company excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations and industry standards
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators

Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration
