About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reputed company Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team for the holiday season. As a remote team member, you will be the friendly face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. Reporting to the US Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our in-house customer service team, working closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues or address concerns
- Prioritize tickets based on the direction of the shift supervisor, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of customer queries

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive reputed company reputed company of $21 per hour, with a fixed-term contract from November 5th to January 31st.
