Responsibilities

Skills

• B.A. or B.S. degree in business, training and development, organizational leadership or equivalent work or educational experience
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of combined work experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Facilitation, Coaching, reputed company, and Talent Development
• Requires 2 years of combined experience in adult learning design and facilitation, including eLearning and soft-skills leader development
• Certification in Instructional Design
• Thorough knowledge of talent development methodologies and adult learning techniques. Ability to connect development practices to business practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage small to reputed company-reputed company reputed company, including creating project plans and communication plans. Ability to sequence reputed company steps and communication for effective and efficient execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage small to reputed company-reputed company programs / program components reputed company with large-reputed company programs and strategies. Ability to present reputed company at both the 'big picture' and detail level
• Thorough knowledge of facilitation best practices, techniques, and tools for onsite, virtual, and hybrid facilitation.
