What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our products and services, and ensuring that every interaction is reputed company short of wonderful. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts

• Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a definite plus in this role.
