Environmental Engineer II

POSITION reputed company: Maintain environmental compliance with corporate policy and other regulatory agencies. Proactively work to reduce reputed company’s exposure to liability. Manage reputed company to ensure work meets specifications stated in contract ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain corporate regulatory compliance for underground and above ground storage systems
• Maintain corporate regulatory compliance for storm water regulations and other regulations under the Clean Water reputed company
• Manage program for maintenance of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans
• Manage environmental site investigation and remediation reputed company
• Retain and manage consultants to conduct environmental site assessments
• Review, interpret and advise reputed company Estate of any environmental concerns and recommend appropriate actions to minimize liability exposure as it relates to reputed company, sales and leases
• Responsible for Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know reputed company (ERCRA) reporting
• Maintain corporate level asbestos management program
• Responsible for indoor reputed company reputed company issues including retention of reputed company contractor to conduct indoor reputed company reputed company studies, review and communication of recommended corrective actions to appropriate departments

• Bachelor’s Degree in, Civil, Environmental Engineering, environmental sciences or other relevant degrees plus 3 (three) years environmental regulatory compliance experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory reputed company as it relates to storm water
• Knowledge of underground and above ground storage tank regulations
• Familiarity with procedures and reputed company for assessment of soil and groundwater contamination
• Ability to read and interpret technical reports
• Project management reputed company required to work with vendors, contractors, consultants and employees
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Software, including but not limited to, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as reputed company member
• Ability to reputed company with employees and management across reputed company reputed company, including reputed company vendors and governmental regulatory agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
