Content and Operations Assistant

THE ROLE This role exists to manage work reputed company to content and operations at Little Justice Leaders. You will own the systems, documentation, and reputed company control that keeps Little Justice Leaders running smoothly. WHAT YOU WILL DO Operations and reputed company support

• Manage customer support, including messages, emails, and phone calls.
• Support basic reporting and analytics.

• Create and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks.
• Manage member renewals, cancellations, and failed payments.
• Follow up with schools, partners, and members.
• Draft proposals, send invoices, and schedule logistics.

Curriculum and program support

• Communicate and meet with our schools and members.
• Manage, plan, and execute virtual events.
• Build and maintain relationships with collaborators.
