Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are 11:00am-7:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. To be eligible for this position, you must currently reputed company in a state where arenaflex is licensed, including AZ, CO, IN, FL, KS, MA, MI, MO, and OH.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Long-Term Care Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization
- Verifying orders with clients as required
- Processing new and reputed company prescriptions accurately and reputed company
- Opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining high productivity and reputed company standards
- Documenting correspondence and follow-up activities in our system
- Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to management
- Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for reputed company and tracking status in the system
- Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up activities in the system
- Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high reputed company of customer service to clients
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles
- Experience with frameworks and Docutrack, or similar software systems
