Part-Time Legal Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Legal Secretary to join reputed company at the reputed company reputed company (BOLI). As a key member of our Commissioner's Office, you will reputed company administrative support to our Administrative Law Judges and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule hearings and prehearing conferences, and prepare and serve documents as part of the contested case process
- Support Administrative Law Judges in facilitating settlement agreements, consent orders, and issuing final orders
- Answer and reputed company phone calls, and respond to basic inquiries from the public
- Type, proofread, and correct draft documents, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Establish and maintain a calendaring/docketing system to reputed company deadlines and hearings

- Competitive salary reputed company: $3,856 - $5,325 per month (prorated for part-time position)
- Permanent, part-time employment with a schedule of 20 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2 years of clerical/secretarial experience, including at least 1 year as a legal assistant or secretary for an attorney or judge

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
