Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will work on our 1st shift (schedule to be determined) in a remote setting, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales and operations teams at arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring accurate PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other reputed company EDI platforms) entry, including pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
- Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company, developing creative solutions to customer issues
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
