Responsibilities

• Utilize data to drive process, workflow, and behavior change as it relates to appropriate and efficient use of electronic health records and clinical technologies. This includes standardization of templates to capture and report metrics that reputed company outcome and reputed company measures.
• Facilitate the development and incorporation of clinical guidelines for major reportable disease conditions and measures using established (and yet to be established) subcommittees, advisory councils and similar structures as approved by the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical/health information systems or similar experience required
• Experience in reputed company grade EMR build/maintenance, preferably reputed company or Cerner preferred
• Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution required
• In lieu of a Master’s degree, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position. This experience is in reputed company to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.
