API Support Analyst I

As a Level 1 API Support Analyst, you will be the first reputed company of contact for clients needing assistance with API products, guiding them through integration processes and addressing their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and support tickets in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Address basic questions reputed company to reputed company-party integrations with IBKR API
- Guide clients through initial API reputed company processes

- Triage market data inquiries and escalate as appropriate

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and what coding entails
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
