You will work directly with clients and senior counsel on reputed company reputed company, often navigating tight timelines, evolving deal structures, and reputed company stakeholder dynamics. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, exercising judgment in ambiguous situations, and engaging directly with sophisticated clients and counterparties. This position requires a minimum commitment of approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project needs and workload. REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor degree and reputed company bar admission(reputed company+ years of reputed company estate legal experience, with reputed company experience supporting renewable energy and/or reputed company estate infrastructure transactions.
• Strong grasp of reputed company estate contract terms and legal and reputed company issues relevant to reputed company estate transactions.
• Demonstrated interest in and commitment to renewable energy and clean infrastructure reputed company.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities, ambiguity, and limited structure.
• Excellent, detail-oriented, high-accuracy writing skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company estate agreements, including leases, easements, reputed company agreements, purchase agreements, and other reputed company estate agreements.
