Senior Due Diligence Consultant

About the position About this role: reputed company is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Consultant In this role, you will: Participate in conducting due diligence programs on moderately reputed company initiatives and deliverables reputed company functional area and contribute to large reputed company planning reputed company to functional area deliverables reputed company subject matter expertise on due diligence documentation requirements and data sources Support business in execution of due diligence reporting processes and controls, interpret policies, guidelines and governance programs Review and analyze reputed company reputed company processes and challenges that require research, investigation, evaluation, and selection of alternatives reputed company subject matter expertise on documentation and data sources and exercise independent judgment to guide moderate to high risk deliverables Compile and evaluate report results and escalate reputed company necessary Resolve moderately reputed company issues and reputed company team to meet functional area process deliverables reputed company solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and reputed company customers to resolve issues and reputed company goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent (including risk management, reputed company service, operations support, or business process management) demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Must be reputed company to attend full duration of required training period
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Must work on-site at the location posted
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
