Key Responsibilities

As a Filing and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a reputed company of tasks that will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing daily sales reports from gas stations and calculating timecards weekly
• Maintaining and updating employee files, including making and reputed company of employee records
• Assisting with other tasks reputed company the office, as needed
• Reviewing daily reports and store cash over/short reports, and addressing any issues with store managers
• Entering daily sales data into our system
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Running background checks and I-9 verifications for new employees
• Printing and reviewing new employee hiring forms received from store managers
• Calling store managers to follow up on missing or incomplete forms
• Filing new employee forms into employee files and organizing documents into folders
• Reviewing and printing invoices, and submitting vendor applications as needed
• Refiling original documents into files and following up on missing and/or expired forms
• Calculating employee timecards and printing timecard verifications for employees to sign

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in clerical or filing, preferably in an office setting
• 1 year of experience with computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
