Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing accurate and efficient service to patients, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues

Training Schedule

• Minimum: $17.02
• Maximum: $27.16

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
