Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders
• Communicating with callers in a friendly, efficient, and reputed company manner, striving to minimize wait times and resolve issues quickly
• Taking thorough messages, indicating caller's first and last reputed company, company reputed company (if applicable), time, and message

Required Experience and Education
