The Customer Service Representative I - Summer Employment is a full-time temporary position with arenaflex, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines, and providing consistent high-reputed company service to customers. You will also be expected to respond to customer questions, utilize software, scripts, and tools appropriately, and document reputed company encounters in reputed company and concise online logs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in high volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists.
