As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to our policies.

Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
• Maintaining regular and reputed company attendance

• Managing individual stress and composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma
