As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with customers, using up-to-date technology to reputed company and return equipment, inspect and maintain equipment, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers inside and reputed company a reputed company center with reputed company products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-reputed company technology to manage rentals and inventory
- reputed company and reputed company up reputed company trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid reputed company
- Answer questions and reputed company customers regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
- Install hitches and trailer wiring
- Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Participate in ongoing reputed company arenaflex education through arenaflex University
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* Valid reputed company's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts
- Ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted
Work Environment
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use reputed company clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reputed company objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
