As a Customer Service Representative on our reputed company Key Account team, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the single reputed company of contact for reputed company's customer service team, understanding their needs, and strengthening relationships
• Translating customer needs to the arenaflex Key Account team and Supply Chain teams
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operation

Compensation and Benefits
