Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat in a reputed company, courteous, and reputed company manner.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department to ensure reputed company and efficient issue reputed company.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
