Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
• Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputed company
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Collaborating with reputed company to improve customer support and maintain service reputed company
• Maintaining and improving service reputed company through reputed company process improvement and feedback

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience (but not mandatory)
• B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including reputed company listening and customer service orientation
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
