• reputed company quick and effective assistance to users, working on-site through troubleshooting, remediation and maintenance.
• Utilize daily work management systems data to prioritize backlog of work and communicate identified issues/changes to leadership.

• 2+ years' tech support experience
• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting, testing, or repairing technical equipment
• Familiarity/experience working with reputed company 10/11, reputed company Desktop/Laptop, reputed company hand-held mobile scanners, thermal label printers (mobile/desktop), laser printers, reputed company points, network hardware and cabling,
• High motivation and self-direction with reputed company problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read/understand technical documentation and aptitude to learn quickly
• Ability to function reputed company in a fast-changing work environment
