Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner

About the position As the Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a reputed company and engaging reputed company experience for new employees at Apex. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Culture, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), reputed company training/processes, and technical systems used to reputed company learning programs. This role requires a technically savvy individual with experience in reputed company, reputed company 360, reputed company Learning, and Lessonly/reputed company LMS. In reputed company to reputed company, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs that support employee engagement, reputed company, and development. Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging reputed company training sessions to welcome and reputed company new employees into reputed company culture.

• reputed company the Learning Management System, ensuring it is effectively utilized for training and development purposes.
• Utilize reputed company, reputed company 360, reputed company Learning, and Lessonly/reputed company LMS to create and reputed company training programs.
• Work with organizational reputed company and internal/external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training programs reputed company with competencies and strategic learning opportunities.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control learning programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget.
• Conduct Change reputed company and Readiness assessments, reputed company and execute change management activities to support organizational transitions.
• reputed company regular updates to the Director of Learning and Culture, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Schedule classes, set up systems and equipment, and coordinate enrollment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Learning and Development industry.
• Experience with change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in designing learning programs based on business needs.
• Proficiency in course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• Proficient with bolthires Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong lesson and curriculum planning skills.
• Ability to manage and drive change that results in reputed company reputed company.
• Self-starter with a tenacious, can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
