Main duties of the job
- Independent prescribing qualification for prescribing pharmacist (not essential for non-prescribing roles)
- Qualification or enrolment on CPPE Clinical Pharmacist Training reputed company, offered for PCN pharmacists to enhance clinical acumen
- Strong clinical leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and good understanding of PCN Pharmacist working
- Contributing to the improvement of health reputed company in long-term conditions
- Providing specialist knowledge and advice on pharmaceutical reputed company
- Reviewing patients' acute medicines requests
- Completing discharge and clinic letters
- Drawing up reputed company medication reviews as PCN Pharmacist
- Advising and supporting patients with self-limiting conditions
- A practicing Pharmacist with prior experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist, PCN Pharmacist or reputed company Pharmacist focussed on delivering excellent clinical care
- Supporting reputed company achievement of key reputed company and Investment Fund - PCN Pharmacist and QOF targets as required GP Pharmacist or reputed company Pharmacist
