We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our arenaflex team. In this position, you will reputed company support to the customers of the Support Center (patients, referral sources, and employees) by performing tasks reputed company to patient care and reputed company-party reimbursement. Primarily responsible for new order intake to encompass accuracy with clinical, billing, and care-reputed company information and processing. First line of contact with new customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collect co-pays and deductible amounts from patients and referral sources
- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products

- Process work orders to field locations and coordinate reputed company fulfillment of products and services ordered

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required

- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and of billing reimbursement
