As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving their queries in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met. This is a part-time remote opportunity, and you will be required to work 8 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information reputed company methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortenings (SIG codes).

- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Resolve Outsider Oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Capabilities

- Essential web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Preferred Capabilities
* At least one year of pharmacy reputed company experience in a retail or call center environment.
- No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy expert with a license/enrollment by state as reputed company by the state reputed company of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.

- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
