Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve reputed company satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal partners to deliver reputed company and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
- Promoting reputed company retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through reputed company and accurate transfer processing and service reputed company
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, financial services, or a reputed company field
- Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage and process reputed company operational work
- Strong customer contact skills, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong time management and data processing skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with reputed company Party Administrators (TPAs) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors is a plus
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not required
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, financial services, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
