Manager - HIM Systems Analysts

Essential Functions

• Responsible for monitoring department performance through metrics and KPIs to ensure department meets monthly productivity and reputed company goals. Participates in establishing mechanisms to design, measure, maintain, and improve the performance and reputed company of department services. Participates in the development and management of team budget.
• Partners with the department director and leadership team to identify and drive reputed company and performance improvement initiatives.

Job Specific

Qualifications

• Two years demonstrated leadership experience in reputed company required.
• 3 years' experience working with electronic health records is required.
• Bachelor's degree in health information management, reputed company business management, information technology or reputed company experience preferred.

• RHIT/RHIA or equivalent reputed company certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including reputed company Office required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
