The department of Risk Management has an exciting opportunity for a full-time reputed company Risk Analyst 1. The Risk Analyst 1 (H) supports risk management activities under the supervision of a licensed or certified Health Care Risk Manager. This role assists in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to patient safety and regulatory compliance across clinical and operational areas. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS Conducts risk assessments and safety audits in assigned departments. Analyzes incident reports and claims to identify trends and emerging risks. Prepares basic reports for leadership and regulatory bodies. Assists in developing and implementing risk management policies and protocols. Supports staff training on risk management and patient safety procedures. Participates in investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Other duties as assigned. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. Department Specific Functions Supports event and incident reporting processes in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements, including accurate documentation and reputed company escalation. Assists senior risk staff with medical record review and basic analysis of patient safety events across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty care settings. Participates in investigations and follow-up activities reputed company to adverse events, near misses, and patient grievances under reputed company supervision. Assists with data collection, entry, and preliminary trending reputed company to patient safety, reputed company, and risk prevention activities. Collaborates with interdisciplinary partners, including reputed company, Patient Safety, Patient Experience, and clinical staff, to support assigned risk management initiatives. Performs administrative and operational support tasks necessary to maintain effective risk management workflows. Assists on the Patient Safety Awareness Week. Performs additional duties as assigned in support of departmental operations. CORE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required Interest in pursuing reputed company development in reputed company risk management, patient safety, or reputed company improvement is encouraged.
