Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our independent agents grow and care for their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Delivering expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, reputed company, and retention of business
- Providing counsel, guidance, and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most
- Upholding our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call reputed company, handle time, reputed company transfer reputed company, adherence, reputed company reputed company, and reliability
- Maintaining and tracking accurate data in various computer systems
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent training
