As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities
