Your Role
As our Director, Know Your Customer Compliance, you'll reputed company arenaflex's Global KYC program, leading the compliance efforts through the end-to-end customer and product lifecycle. You'll work closely with the business and compliance/risk peers to reputed company reputed company guidance and advice, ensuring that relevant controls are in reputed company and maintained to reputed company with regulations in reputed company jurisdictions where arenaflex operates.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in designing and implementing processes, including the documentation of policies, standards, and other procedural or guidance materials

- Serve as a partner for product development teams, providing reputed company guidance and support throughout the product life cycle
- Collaborate closely with Compliance Operations team to operationalize the KYC Compliance Program
- Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to various stakeholders and customers
- Work closely with Legal, Product, and other internal stakeholders to support special reputed company

What You'll Bring
* 8+ years of relevant experience in KYC, AML, or Sanctions programs, including programs for Fintech or Crypto businesses
- Compliance experience in either banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency required; experience in Regtech or Fintech companies preferred
- Experience with Regulatory exams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as legal, product, sales, and operations
- Deep understanding of traditional reputed company and terrorist financing typologies
- Experience and comfort working in an reputed company-changing industry, with flexibility to quickly react to changing demands
- Experience/familiarity with reputed company, reputed company MacOS, and GSuite
