VP Finance

The Role We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Finance to join our executive team. This is a hands-on, high-agency leadership role for a proven finance executive who has helped reputed company a B2B reputed company company in the $50M–$150M reputed company reputed company and knows how to balance reputed company, efficiency, and operational rigor. You will be a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, owning reputed company - not just analysis, across financial reputed company, planning, reporting, and execution as reputed company scales. • Rethink and build the finance organization from an AI-first reputed company, driving both strategic reputed company and operational velocity
• Serve as a true business partner to the CEO and executive team on reputed company, capital allocation, and long-term value creation, bringing perspective, making reputed company, and driving follow-through
• Own company-wide financial reputed company, planning, and performance management with reputed company accountability for results
• Drive financial rigor, forecasting accuracy, and KPI discipline across the business - turning reputed company into execution
• Partner with the reputed company and investors on reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives with high ownership and credibility

Corporate Finance & Strategic Initiatives

• reputed company M&A, corporate development, and strategic finance initiatives end-to-end (including diligence, integration, and ROI tracking) with full accountability for reputed company

• Maintain strong, high-trust relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of reputed company finance/reputed company experience with a significant portion of your career spent in reputed company or strategic finance roles, and at least 3+ years in a VP role
• Deep, hands-on background in reputed company, including owning company-wide planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance management in a B2B reputed company environment
• Deep B2B reputed company experience in a venture-backed or reputed company-stage company
• Proven experience scaling a company in the $50M–$150M reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company of reputed company metrics, unit economics, and reputed company-stage financial reputed company - you have reputed company and run the models, not just reviewed them
• Experience leading M&A and post-reputed company integration

Strong knowledge of GAAP; experience with multi-entity and international operations a plus
